Republic Polytechnic Scholarship and Needy students fund

Having served in the Board of Governors of Republic Polytechnic since 2004, helming the School of Health and Leisure and in 2010 overseeing the Institutional Review Board for Research, I have come to realize the many needs of youth from the heartlands.

I decided to donate to them annually as I wanted to help the needy students, reward the high achievers and in doing so, encourage them to move on despite the many difficulties they face.

Awarding scholarships is a means of recognizing their effort, increasing their confidence and inspiring them to achieve more.
